Devops Manager

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead an international team of DevOps engineers and drive the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strong project management, ensuring the successful delivery of complex cloud and platform initiatives from concept through production. You will play a key role in shaping cloud architecture, improving engineering velocity through best-in-class DevOps and SRE practices, and fostering a collaborative, results-driven team environment. What you will do Guide and grow a globally distributed DevOps/Platform team, setting technical direction while staying close to architecture and delivery. Orchestrate cloud and platform initiatives from discovery to production, balancing priorities, timelines, capacity, and risk. Elevate reliability, scalability, and security standards through strong SRE and DevOps culture across engineering teams. Design and evolve multi-cloud infrastructure patterns that support high-availability SaaS workloads. Champion automation across infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and operations to improve engineering velocity and resilience. Establish measurable KPIs, track progress, and continuously optimize delivery performance and quality. Act as the primary bridge between engineering, stakeholders, and leadership-ensuring alignment, clarity, and transparency. Standardize documentation, operational practices, and knowledge sharing across projects and teams. Translate business and user needs into robust, production-ready platform solutions.

Advanced degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Operations Research, or similar. Extensive professional background (8+ years) spanning software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years leading platform or DevOps teams. Strong command of DevOps, SRE principles, and Agile delivery in fast-paced, technology-centric environments. Hands-on expertise with multi-cloud SaaS infrastructure (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP), including Kubernetes orchestration and Helm-based deployments. Solid experience implementing infrastructure as code and automation frameworks (e.g., Terraform) for scalable and secure systems. Practical knowledge of CI/CD ecosystem tools (e.g., GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and containerization practices using Docker. Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB. Proficiency in Python and version control workflows using Git. Demonstrated leadership, organizational ability, and excellent communication skills in English.
