BI Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable data models and BI solutions.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop and manage data models and visualizations with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and effective data storytelling.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all reporting and BI solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve overall efficiency and scalability.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests to assist business decision-making.

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to handle complex queries and large datasets.
• Solid understanding of data visualization and information design principles.
• Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Nice to have: experience in iGaming, fintech, or regulated data-intensive industries; familiarity with Python or other BI tools; knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
