Job description
You will design and maintain data pipelines and internal tools that power analytics, marketing insights, customer support, and decision-making across a large-scale digital platform. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and commercial teams to ensure data is genuinely useful., * Designing and maintaining SQL-based data models, transformations, and queries for both analytical and operational use cases
- Building internal dashboards and data-driven applications using React and related technologies
- Working with engineering teams to embed data into internal and user-facing systems
- Supporting the rollout and adoption of BI tools as the data stack evolves
- Partnering with marketing and customer-facing teams to turn business questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and insights
- Developing a strong understanding of the company's operations within the gaming space in order to anticipate data needs and define meaningful KPIs
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance reporting around acquisition, engagement, retention, segmentation, and overall user experience
Requirements
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong understanding of relational databases, schema design, and change data capture (CDC) patterns
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern backend or full-stack language, plus practical experience building tools with React (e.g. Recharts or D3)
- Comfort working with large, high-volume datasets in a production environment
- Familiarity with data warehousing principles and pipeline orchestration
- Experience using BI and reporting tools
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics, CRM processes, funnel analysis, and user segmentation
- Background in gaming, betting, or online entertainment environments
- A proactive mindset when it comes to defining metrics, dashboards, and data-driven improvements
