Job description
- Support and further development of SAP HCM with a focus on payroll and time management in conjunction with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA
- Ensuring consistent integration of HR master, time, and payroll data along the defined system ownerships
- Analysis, evaluation, and optimization of end-to-end HR processes from the HR front-end system to posting in S/4HANA
- Responsibility for interfaces, data transfers, and posting logics
- Ensuring stable operations including 2nd-level support, change and incident management in an international environment
- Participation and responsibility in HR-IT projects, including taking over stream or subproject management tasks
- Conducting requirements engineering, testing, as well as release and patch management
- Close collaboration with HR, IT, specialist departments, and external implementation partners, * Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscription and fitness subscription

Requirements
- Several years of experience in the SAP environment, ideally with a solid focus on SAP HCM
- Very good understanding of HR master data, time management, payroll, and their transfer to downstream systems
- Experience with or strong interest in SuccessFactors and S/4HANA integration scenarios
- Strong process and data understanding across system and module boundaries
- Experience in customizing, ideally also with schemas and rule sets
- Structured, independent working style as well as willingness to take responsibility
- Experience in project work (classic or agile) and dealing with international stakeholders
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as business fluent English
