What you'll be doing
You'll be right in the thick of it, writing clean code, solving real problems, and shipping features that matter.
- Building and improving core platform features
- Developing APIs, backend services & databases
- Debugging properly (root cause, not quick fixes)
- Working in a tight Agile team delivering real sprint value
- Contributing ideas to the future roadmap (your voice matters here)
- Collaborating with Devs, Testers & BAs to get things done
This is a fully hands-on role, you're expected to code, think, and contribute.

Requirements
- Solid experience with .NET and backend development
- Someone who can solve problems without hand-holding
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused team
- Strong communicator, can explain what you're building and why
- A proactive mindset (you don't wait to be told what to do)
