Job description
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to facilitate new workflows
- Design and manage engineering implementations for the experimentation platform
- Maintain data analysis pipelines and associated services
- Create new tools for experimentation business needs
- Work with the XP team to ensure accurate and valuable analysis outcomes
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in a quantitative field
- 3+ years experience in statistics or inference, especially in experimentation
- Proficient in data science languages like Python and SQL
- Experience in building applications for production traffic
- Ability to convert mathematical theories into efficient code
- Eagerness to learn new statistical methods and optimization techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Skill in clarifying and addressing complex problems
