- Maintain highly available and resilient DNS infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve DNS-related issues, optimizing resolution performance.
- Oversee IP address allocation and maintain accurate IPAM documentation.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of DDI platforms.
Load Balancing (Application Delivery)
- Configure and administer load balancers to support application delivery.
- Implement traffic distribution and optimization strategies.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates, including installation, renewal, and troubleshooting.
- Configure health checks, persistence, and SSL offloading.
- Troubleshoot application performance and connectivity issues.

Global Traffic Management (GTM)
- Design and implement GTM solutions to support global application availability.
- Optimize traffic routing across multiple data centers or regions.
- Ensure seamless failover and business continuity.
- Configure Wide IPs (WIP), DNS zones, and pool health monitoring.
- Troubleshoot GTM and DNS resolution issues.
- Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of GTM systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on DDI and load balancing technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Infoblox DDI platforms.
- Expertise with load balancing technologies, particularly F5 (LTM & GTM/DNS).
- Solid understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, and core networking concepts.
- Experience managing SSL/TLS, certificates, and related security protocols.
- Familiarity with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) architectures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., F5 Certified, Infoblox Certified).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure, including DNS and load balancing services.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Ansible).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
