IT Technician - Tier II - IT25

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking IT Technician - Tier II for an exciting opportunity in Belvidere, NJ., * Provide Tier II technical support for library IT systems (workstations, printers, servers, Wi-Fi, and public access computers)

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Support and maintain print release station systems and related payment/print issues
• Perform system maintenance including updates, patching, and reimaging
• Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations
• Provide on-site support across multiple library branches as needed
• Collaborate with IT leadership and library staff to resolve issues efficiently
• Support Active Directory, routers, cameras, printers, and peripherals

• 3+ years Tier II IT support experience (public, education, or library environment preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking
• Experience with printers and print management systems
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and Active Directory
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tickets and support requests
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Warren County
