More about our team Our Lifepoint Business Services (LBS) team is leading a large-scale transformation to standardize and modernize enterprise processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and People Services. This team plays a critical role in driving Oracle optimization, automation, and integration efforts-especially as we prepare to onboard newly acquired facilities. How you'll contribute A GPO who excels in this role: Own and lead the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (People Services) lifecycle, including: Recruiting Onboarding Payroll Employee lifecycle operations Redesign and optimize the end-to-end recruiting process (from requisition creation through hire), eliminating inefficiencies and excessive approvals Drive improvements in: Self-service capabilities Employee experience SLA response times (reduce current turnaround) Lead Oracle HCM optimization initiatives, including system enhancements (e.g., Redwood release) Reduce reliance on manual processes and ticket-based workflows through automation and digital solutions Establish and monitor People Services KPIs and dashboards, including:

  • Time-to-fill
  • Case resolution time
  • Payroll accuracy
  • Hiring manager responsiveness

Drive cost reduction initiatives through process improvement and automation Lead M&A integration efforts for People Services processes and systems Ensure compliance with:

  • Payroll regulations
  • Garnishments and tax reporting
  • Employee lifecycle policies

Partner with HR leadership, Finance, IT, and operations to ensure end-to-end process alignment Drive adoption of self-service tools and workforce analytics capabilities

Requirements

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administrations, or related field. Additional qualifications include: Process improvement certification required (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent) 10-12+ years of experience in HR operations / People Services leadership Proven experience managing enterprise HR processes across the full employee lifecycle Oracle HCM experience REQUIRED Strong experience in: Payroll operations and compliance Employee lifecycle management Shared services / GBS models Demonstrated experience driving: Process transformation Automation and self-service adoption Cost savings initiatives Experience supporting M&A integrations and system transitions Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and performance metrics Ability to influence and lead across matrixed, cross-functional environments, You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
