Job description
The SAP PTP Architect acts as the primary solution designer for the entire procurement workstream. You will lead the transformation of business requirements into scalable, robust SAP solutions (S/4HANA, Ariba, MM) while ensuring seamless integration with Financials (FI), Warehouse Management (EWM), and external supplier networks., * Solution Architecture: Own the end-to-end PTP process design, including Supplier Master Data, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Goods Receipt, and Invoice Verification.

System Design: Lead "Fit-to-Standard" workshops to align business processes with SAP best practices. Design complex integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba or third-party procurement platforms.

Technical Governance: Define and enforce "Clean Core" principles, minimizing custom code while leveraging SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for necessary extensions.

Integration Management: Ensure tight integration with related modules:

SAP FI/CO: Accounts Payable, tax engines, and cost center accounting.

SAP MM/IM: Material movements and inventory valuation.

SAP EWM/TM: Logistics and warehouse touchpoints.
Strategic Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert for S/4HANA migrations (Greenfield/Brownfield), advising on data migration strategy and cutover planning.
Compliance: Design automated controls for 3-way matching, SOX compliance, and regulatory electronic invoicing requirements.
Requirements
- SAP Modules: Expert-level knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP S/4HANA PTP functionalities.
- Procurement Suite: Deep experience with SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Buying, and Ariba Network) and SAP Fieldglass.
- Architecture Frameworks: Proficiency in designing hybrid landscapes (Cloud/On-premise) and using SAP Integration Suite.
- Master Data: Strong understanding of Business Partner (BP) conversion and Master Data Governance (MDG).
- Reporting: Experience with SAP Fiori-based analytics and SAP Datasphere for procurement spend visibility., * Experience: 10+ years in SAP consulting, with at least 3-4 full-lifecycle implementations in an Architect or Lead capacity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement or SAP Ariba certifications are highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Ability to simplify complex technical architectures for executive stakeholders and lead global cross-functional teams.
