- Develop and manage multiple product roadmaps aligning processor capabilities, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
- Serve as the Product Owner defining user stories based on market and product requirements, prioritize the backlog, lead sprint planning, and drive sprint reviews to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.
- Collaborate with the software team to define API designs, versioning schemes, release cadences, performance targets, and quality standards.
- Establish feedback loops and advocate for developers both internally and externally.
- Work closely with Customer Support and Sales teams to align product capabilities with customer requirements.
- Drive the adoption of the Atlas SDK by developing sales collateral and training materials.
- Ensure the SDK and runtime systems meet functional-safety standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to embed safety requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Product Owner with deep embedded software expertise to define the roadmap and lead the delivery of our Atlas SDK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop solution-oriented products for Physical AI applications at the edge. You will drive the adoption of our real-time compute subsystems (Sense, Think, Act) and the Atlas Explorer platform to accelerate the deployment of safe and secure autonomous systems.
Operating at the intersection of MIPS RISC-V processors, compilers, firmware, operating systems and application software, you will guide the development of next-generation products that are reliable, safe, and loved by developers. Familiarity with both open-source and commercial software solutions is essential. Exceptional communication skills are a must! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and excels at juggling a wide range of responsibilities., * 10+ years of experience as a software engineer and have been the Technical Lead on more than 2 projects or programs.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager and have bootstrapped a new product or technology initiative.
- Strong technical fluency in Instruction Set Architectures, C/C++ compilers, RTOS, Linux and AI runtime environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- A background in safety or mission critical industries (e.g., automotive, medical, industrial) and familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508, etc.)
- Experience with embedded operating systems such as INTEGRITY, VxWorks, ThreadX, or QNX.
- Hands-on experience with board support packages (BSPs), device drivers, and middleware frameworks.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field from an accredited university.
