Seeking a Help Desk Support (Level 2) professional to provide technical assistance and operational support for end users. This role will focus on troubleshooting, system support, and maintaining IT service efficiency., * Provide Level 2 technical support for 50 200 users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and update support tickets and service requests
- Support user account management (Active Directory/Azure)
- Perform system setup, upgrades, and maintenance tasks
- Assist with IT operations and day-to-day support activities
- Configure and support email, VPN, and remote access tools
