In this role, you'll be a key technical resource-keeping systems running efficiently, supporting end users, and helping the business stay connected and productive. Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 1 year of IT support experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused mindset with the ability to support remote users effectively Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple support requests Positive, collaborative attitude with strong relationship-building skills Flexibility to work evenings or weekends on an as-needed basis Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900 and/or AZ-104) Experience with PowerShell scripting Exposure to or experience with cloud migration projects Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) Experience working in an Agile environment
