Job description

  • Provide L3 support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Lead implementation and support of complex IAM solutions across multiple industry verticals.
  • Translate business requirements into IAM solutions and recommend optimal approaches.
  • Drive project execution and provide strong technical leadership across IAM initiatives.
  • Manage production incidents, change requests, and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Design, create, and manage identity policies, provisioning roles, admin roles, and business logic.
  • Execute reconciliation processes and manage bulk data operations using feeder services and loaders.
  • Schedule and generate reports, audit data, and system monitoring activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues by analyzing logs and resolving system errors.
  • Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across different regions.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in IAM concepts, architecture, and enterprise implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of LDAP concepts and directory services.
  • Experience with directories such as Active Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, CA Directory, Tivoli Directory Server, Sun Directory Server, or Novell Directory Server.
  • Hands-on experience with Identity Manager infrastructure setup and maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of Java and J2EE components.
  • Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as IBM Tivoli, Oracle Identity Manager, or NetIQ.
  • Familiarity with application servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss.
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP) is an added advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and travel when required., * 8 12 years of IAM implementation and support experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of L3 support experience in IAM environments.
  • Strong customer-facing experience is required.
  • CISSP certification is a plus.
