Job description

We are looking for a strong Salesforce Senior Developer with deep hands-on expertise who can also take on partial leadership responsibilities. While prior lead experience is highly desirable, we are open to senior developers who demonstrate ownership, mentorship ability, and readiness to step into a lead role. This position is primarily hands-on (around 70%) with opportunities to guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and interact with stakeholders., * Contribute heavily to hands-on development ( 70%), including coding, debugging, and solution design.

  • Review code, enforce best practices, and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
  • Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and dashboards.
  • Develop and optimize triggers, SOQL queries, and asynchronous processes.
  • Build integrations using Salesforce REST and Bulk APIs.
  • Handle large data volumes with performance optimization strategies.
  • Participate in stakeholder discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
  • Support CI/CD implementation, automation, and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure application stability and security.
  • Identify and automate recurring issues to improve system reliability.
  • Contribute to engineering best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Apex, LWC, Aura Components
  • Salesforce Configurations (objects, flows, validation rules, etc.)
  • Triggers, SOQL, Async Apex
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST API, Bulk API).
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of modules.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Prior team lead or mentoring experience (not mandatory but highly valued).
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Knowledge of Omni-Channel capabilities.
  • Exposure to cloud-native architecture.
  • Familiarity with Bitbucket, JIRA, and deployment tools.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud exposure is a plus.
  • Domain knowledge in financial services.
