Job description

The Agentforce Architect Healthcare is responsible for designing and governing AIdriven Agentforce solutions on Salesforce to automate and augment healthcare workflows across providers, payers, and care operations. This role ensures solutions are secure, compliant (HIPAA/GDPR), explainable, and scalable, while improving care coordination, member experience, and operational efficiency., Healthcare AI Architecture & Solution Design

  • Design endtoend Agentforce architectures for healthcare use cases such as care coordination, member services, prior authorization, utilization management, and provider operations
  • Translate clinical, operational, and compliance requirements into AIenabled Salesforce solutions
  • Define enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and guardrails aligned with healthcare regulations

Agentforce & Salesforce Healthcare Implementation

  • Configure and deploy Agentforce agents within Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Implement intelligent automation using Agentforce + Flow + OmniStudio for patient/member journeys
  • Design contextual agent behavior aligned with clinical data, care plans, and member profiles

Healthcare Data & Integration Strategy

  • Architect integrations with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner), claims platforms, eligibility, and payer systems
  • Leverage FHIR, HL7, REST APIs, MuleSoft, and eventdriven patterns
  • Ensure accurate data grounding using Health Cloud data models (Patient, Care Plan, Provider, Member, Policy)

Governance, Security & Compliance

  • Establish AI governance frameworks covering explainability, auditability, prompt controls, and humanintheloop decisioning
  • Ensure HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, and organizational InfoSec compliance
  • Define monitoring, access controls, PHI handling, and riskmitigation strategies for Agentforce

Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as Agentforce technical authority across healthcare programs
  • Partner with clinicians, operations leaders, compliance teams, and IT stakeholders
  • Mentor architects, developers, and admins on healthcarespecific AI best practices

Requirements

Experience: 12+ years in Salesforce, with Healthcare & AI/Automation architecture experience, Salesforce & Healthcare Platforms

  • 12+ years on Salesforce with Health Cloud experience
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, healthcare data models, and security
  • Handson experience with Flow, Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and asynchronous processing

Agentforce / AI & Healthcare Automation

  • Experience designing Agentforce or AIdriven agent solutions in regulated environments
  • Knowledge of clinical, payer, or memberservices workflows
  • Strong understanding of prompt design, agent orchestration, and human oversight

Integration & Data

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with EHRs, claims systems, eligibility, and provider networks
  • Knowledge of FHIR/HL7, APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware platforms
  • Exposure to Data Cloud, analytics, or populationhealth data platforms is a plus

Compliance & Security

  • Strong understanding of PHI handling, HIPAA safeguards, Salesforce Shield, sharing rules, and encryption
  • Familiarity with audit, logging, and compliance reporting requirements, * Salesforce CTA, Health Cloud, Integration Architecture Designer, or AI certifications
  • Experience in provider, payer, or digital health consulting
  • DevOps experience (Salesforce DX, CI/CD, Copado/Gearset)
  • Strong documentation and executivelevel solutionpresentation skills
