Salesforce/ Agentforce Solution Consultant

• Support the implementation of Agentforce within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to design and deliver scalable solutions
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce capabilities and configurations
• Contribute to solution design with a focus on best practices and maintainability
• Participate in workshops, demos, and stakeholder discussions as needed

• Proven experience with Agentforce, including at least one prior implementation
• Strong background in Salesforce consulting (Solution Consultant, Functional Consultant, or similar role)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud data model
• Ability to work within an architect-led delivery team
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
• Broader Salesforce platform knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, etc.)
• Exposure to AI-driven or automation-focused Salesforce solutions
