Job description
- Define and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external platforms (e.g., ERP, warehouse/logistics, payments, tax, fulfillment systems), utilizing middleware such as MuleSoft or comparable tools
- Provide technical direction to engineering teams, ensuring best practices around performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Contribute to release strategy, environment planning, and deployment readiness across project lifecycles
Requirements
- Hands-on experience leading the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce Order Management, including configuration, automation (flows), APIs, and data modeling
- Background integrating Salesforce with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems)
- Strong knowledge of the broader Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud); exposure to Commerce Cloud is beneficial
- Experience with enterprise integration tools (MuleSoft preferred, but not required)
- Track record of operating in a Technical Architect capacity on complex Salesforce initiatives
- Salesforce certifications at the Architect level are a plus
