Job description
- Requirement Gathering & Workshops
Conduct business workshops to gather and analyze requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Solution Design & Configuration
Design end-to-end SAP SD solutions aligned with business processes
Perform hands-on configuration across SD modules, including:
Order Management
Pricing & Billing
Shipping & Delivery
Credit Management
Output Determination
Ensure integration with MM, FI, and other SAP modules
- Implementation & Rollouts
Lead or support at least 2+ full-cycle implementations/rollouts
Participate in blueprint, realization, testing, and go-live phases
Handle system enhancements and change requests
- Testing & Deployment
Support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and documentation
Assist in defect resolution and production support
- Stakeholder & Delivery Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, ABAP, BASIS)
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions
- Travel & Collaboration
Willingness to travel 10 25% across USA/Canada (travel expenses covered)
Requirements
8 10+ Years (Minimum 10 Years Preferred in SAP SD), We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Lead Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on configuration experience in Sales & Distribution. The ideal candidate will lead design, configuration, and rollout activities, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams., 1. Strong experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- Expertise in:
- Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
- Pricing & Billing
- Delivery & Shipping
- Hands-on configuration experience
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations and rollouts
- Strong understanding of integration with MM & FI modules
Preferred Skills
- Experience with S/4HANA SD
- Knowledge of IDOCs, Interfaces, and basic ABAP debugging
- Exposure to global rollouts or multi-country implementations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
