Senior SAP Consultant

The Finance Techno-Functional Lead serves as a critical bridge between finance, business operations, and technology teams within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role is responsible for analyzing current systems, identifying gaps, and delivering solutions that align with both technical and business objectives., * Serve as the primary liaison between offshore development teams, internal IT, and finance stakeholders

• Analyze SAP S/4HANA finance processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and technical outputs into business context
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, modeling, and solution design support
• Develop recommendations balancing technical feasibility with business impact
• Influence cross-functional teams through dotted-line leadership
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and optimization initiatives
• Define functional specifications and review technical deliverables
• Ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities

• 8+ years of SAP Finance experience with strong S/4HANA exposure
• Proven experience in a techno-functional role supporting finance systems
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting
• Experience working with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Hands-on troubleshooting and solution design capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, * Experience in large enterprise environments
• Background in asset-heavy industries such as real estate or infrastructure
• Prior experience as a functional lead or solution advisor
• Exposure to SAP integrations and enterprise data flows
