Job description

We are looking for three lethal developers who think in logic, systems, and performance. You will be responsible for taking complex business requirements and turning them into robust automation backends and sophisticated front-end interfaces.

Our Stack:

n8n (Advanced workflows and custom nodes)
Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Real-time)
Next.js (Custom client dashboards and front ends)
Rocket.Chat (Sophisticated bot development and communications)
Notion (Procedures and tasks management)
Infrastructure: Coolify, Vaultwarden, Gitea / Github, Hetzner, * Architect complex logic flows that handle high concurrency and mission-critical data.
Build and maintain custom front ends that interface with our automation backends.
Develop and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries within Supabase.
Engineer sophisticated bots and communication workflows within Rocket.Chat.
Manage your own projects from architectural blueprint to final deployment.

Requirements

You are a master of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
You have a deep understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks, and data manipulation.
You are an expert at "Code Surgery," refactoring complex legacy logic into clean, modular systems.
You leverage AI tools like Claude Code and Antigravity to move 40% faster than traditional developers.
You are obsessed with zero-bug deployments and high-quality code.
