Requirements
Mastery in Typescript, Postgres, Node.js, and React.js
Deep experience with system design & architecture
Full-stack and backend expertise (Bonus: DevOps, AI/ML)
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
Bias for action & rapid execution - You move fast without breaking things
Mentorship & leadership skills - You make those around you better
A startup mindset - Comfortable wearing multiple hats and iterating quickly
