Job description

We are seeking a Product Owner to support and enhance Merative Merge solutions focused on patient identity and healthcare data integration. This role will work closely with business and technical teams to define requirements, manage priorities, and deliver solutions that improve data accuracy and interoperability across systems., * Serve as the Product Owner for Merative Merge solutions, including EMPI and related platforms

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate requirements into user stories and manage the product backlog
  • Partner with development and integration teams to deliver solutions
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Support data quality initiatives, including patient matching and duplicate reduction
  • Collaborate on integrations using healthcare standards like HL7 and FHIR
  • Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization
  • Act as a subject matter resource for patient identity and data integration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst role within healthcare IT
  • Experience working with Merative Merge or similar patient identity/EMPI solutions
  • Understanding of healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
  • Knowledge of data governance or master data management concepts
  • Experience with PACS and/or DICOM standards
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
