• Requirements Gathering: Work with users and stakeholders to identify and document functional and technical requirements for IT projects.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support strategic decision-making.
• Analysis and Modeling: Use modeling techniques to analyze requirements and propose suitable solutions..
• Solution Development: Develop and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with management teams, end-users, and developers to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs.
• Implementation and Monitoring: Assist in implementing new solutions and monitor their performance to ensure effectiveness.

• Master Degree.
• 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of information systems and software development processes.
• Must have : experience in SAP
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Ability to present complex data in an understandable way and make clear strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to design and implement effective prioritization solutions.
• Fluent in French and English, dutch is an asset.
