Nexeo is looking for a Process Engineer - Risk & Credits To support a strategic regulatory initiative within a banking environment, we are looking for a Process Engineer to join the Tribe Risk & Credits (Squad Consumer Loans). You will contribute to the implementation of the Consumer Credit Directive 2 (CCD2), ensuring legal requirements are effectively translated into compliant and efficient lending processes. Our offer Long-term assignment in a structured and regulated banking environment. Hybrid working model: 40% onsite / 60% remote. Agile setup within a multidisciplinary squad. A role combining process design, regulatory translation and continuous improvement. Your role Analyse, design and optimise business processes (process modelling). Translate regulatory requirements into operational processes and system updates. Contribute to business requirements definition and testing. Ensure compliance with Legal, Compliance and Internal Control guidelines. Collaborate with

operational and business stakeholders. Maintain clear and structured documentation. Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience in Process Management. Experience translating legal requirements into processes/products. Agile experience is required. Technical skills Mandatory: Process management tools MS Office Process improvement methodologies Nice to have: Visio / BPM Experience in Risk & Credits (financial sector) Business requirements writing Languages Dutch: Fluent French: Fluent English: Fluent Interested or open to new opportunities?
