PROJECT MANAGER IT

The consultant will ensure the successful delivery of IT projects within a Tribe operating in Agile Scrum mode in a demanding banking environment. The role focuses on coordinating squads, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and guaranteeing that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget ., * Coordinate and oversee deliveries across multiple squads within the Tribe

• Ensure project commitments are met in terms of deadlines, quality, and budget

• Identify and remove impediments impacting project progress

• Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization

• Maintain regular communication and reporting with the IT Tribe Lead

• Produce dashboards and KPIs to track delivery performance

• Prepare and present progress updates during steering committees and governance meetings

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management , including at least 3 years in an Agile environment

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)

• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Good understanding of IT governance, systems, and infrastructures

• Experience in the banking or financial sector

Languages

• Dutch: A plus

Certifications

• Agile Project Management certification

• PMI / PMP certification is a plus
