Job description
This role will own change management and adoption (hypercare) for a newly launched AI-enabled product used across sales teams. While product managers build the features, this individual ensures launch success, user adoption, training, and ongoing support during the critical post-launch period.
Hypercare runs for approximately 60 days after launch, and this role will be fully accountable for driving adoption, identifying issues, and coordinating resolution.
Key Responsibilities Change Management & Hypercare Own end-to-end change management for new product launches, specifically: User readiness Process impact assessment Adoption strategy Lead the 60-day hypercare period post-launch: Identify bugs, gaps, and process breakdowns Partner with business units and product teams to drive resolution Act as the primary owner of adoption (not escalating everything upstream) Training & Enablement Oversee training programs for new and existing tools: Salesforce PeopleSoft Internal tools Office hours and ongoing enablement Work closely with HR and Training teams to: Automate training processes where possible Streamline onboarding and system education Automation & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to automate workflows tied to: HR systems Training delivery Internal tooling and processes Focus on execution and outcomes - how to get things done, not just identifying issues
