solution design define epic, features, user stories, tasks lead scrum standup calls to track dev progress with frontendbackend developers and engineers Testing the product

from both AI model performance perspective and functionality and integration perspective define KPIs to track post production performance define rollout plan and communication plan scale up product from 1-10 etc.

Program side: manage timeline, track progress status report governance review and approval facilitate with infra setup need or other dev team s need support API APIGEE approval support deployment scheduling among different tech teams etc.
