Job description

We're looking for an Implementation Manager to join the Client Services team. As an Implementation Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the successful onboarding of new Healthee clients and ensuring their configuration and documentation remain up to date each plan year. Reporting directly to the VP of Client Services, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine Healthee's current implementation process. Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sale scoping and discovery conversations, in partnership with the sales and product teams
  • Lead documentation collection, system integration and configuration, and testing for assigned implementations
  • Act as the main point of contact for client escalations post go-live, prior to steady state status
  • Become a subject matter expert in integrations with HRIS platforms to identify ways to better collect and automate the required data exchange
  • Act as lead project manager, responsible for all aspects of the onboarding process
  • Lead annual reanalysis process by collecting plan documentation and reconfiguring the platform with the most recent plan year documentation
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product/engineering, data, and customer success to identify and support continuous improvements to Healthee's platform and processes
  • Document implementation details and best practices

Requirements

Must have:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience implementing SaaS solutions

  • Experience supporting clients during the sales cycle

  • Ability to support multiple implementations simultaneously

  • Experience developing and completing test scripts to confirm configuration and data accuracy prior to go-live

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with continuous change and process improvement

  • Experience working with SMB to enterprise-level customers, frequently interacting with C-level executives

  • Experience supporting basic reporting writing, sFTP, and API discussions

  • Ability to travel as needed (<20%)

Preferred:

  • Experience working in the healthcare technology, healthcare benefits industry, or care navigation

  • Stock Option Plan, $120,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive equity based on the Company's plans and in accordance with the Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
