Job description
CGI is seeking an SDET/Quality Engineer to join our Software Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong automation testing skills across web and mobile platforms, as well as strong technical problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
The preferred location for this position is Atlanta, GA but can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
*Support quality engineering efforts for our client's strategic initiatives.
*Develop and maintain strong automation frameworks across web and mobile platforms.
*Define and own comprehensive test strategies for the project.
*Track and report on key quality metrics throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
*Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
*7+ years of experience in software testing and automation engineering.
*Strong automation testing experience with tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium.
*Proven ability to define, implement, and own test strategies.
*Experience tracking and analyzing key quality metrics.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
*Experience working in an Agile development environment., + Cypress

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 - $198,400.00.
