Requirements
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our organization's network infrastructure in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of network systems that support core business functions. This role requires a proactive professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and a solid understanding of modern networking technologies., Must be currently residing in the United States Valid U.S. work authorization (citizen, permanent resident, or authorized work permit holder) Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs) Hands-on experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, or similar) Familiarity with firewall and security technologies Experience with network monitoring tools and diagnostics Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP) Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Knowledge of network automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
