Job description

Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking an experienced EDI Analyst to manage and support the daily operations of our electronic data interchange ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, accurate data exchange between internal systems and external trading partners, while also maintaining the configuration, documentation, and operational health of the EDI environment. Summary: This position requires a strong balance of hands-on technical capability and partner-facing communication skills. You will work closely with internal ERP and development teams as well as external trading partners to resolve issues, onboard new connections, and support ongoing EDI initiatives. The role reports to the Manager of ERP Development and operates with a high level of ownership and independence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound EDI transaction flows, ensuring successful processing and timely delivery for all active trading partners
  • Act as the primary liaison for trading partner relationships, including onboarding, certification coordination, and ongoing support communications
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve EDI transmission, translation, and connectivity issues in partnership with internal technical teams and external partners
  • Maintain and manage EDI platform configurations, communication protocols, and translation tools to ensure system stability and data security
  • Support EDI document setup and partner-specific requirements, collaborating with development resources on mapping changes as needed
  • Conduct testing and validation of EDI transactions during new partner implementations, configuration updates, or system changes
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date EDI documentation, including partner profiles, specifications, configuration details, and operational procedures
  • Produce and distribute recurring EDI operational metrics and transaction reports to internal stakeholders and leadership

  • To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
