Job description
Value Technology is looking for a detail-oriented ETL Tester with strong experience in data warehouse testing and Azure cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a Quality Engineering mindset and the ability to validate complex data transformations across large-scale systems while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years data warehouse testing experience, 2+ years of Azure Cloud experience.
- Strong understanding of data marts and data warehouse concepts
- Quality Engineering mindset with experience resolving complex problems in a repeatable, scalable and sustainable way
- Expert in SQL with the ability to create source-to-target comparison test cases in SQL
- Creation of test plans, test cases, traceability matrix, closure reports
- Proficient with PySpark, Python, Git, JIRA, JTMF
- Agile: Kanban and Scrum
- Azure Data Bricks, Data Factory, DevOps
- Mainframe EBCDIC and COBOL Copybooks
- Automation tools (Tosca BI/DI, Autosys)
