AV / IT Support Technician

Equipment Setup & Breakdown

• Set up and configure trial equipment including:

• Monitors, TVs, and rolling stands
• Laptops and docking stations
• HDMI distribution systems and extenders
• Document cameras (ELMO)
• Printers and basic networking equipment

• Perform full setup and breakdown at trial sites and war rooms, * Ensure all equipment is fully operational and tested prior to trial
• Coordinate setup between war room and courtroom environments
• Assist with layout, cable management, and system organization
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and support as needed, * Diagnose and resolve connectivity or hardware issues quickly
• Support attorneys and trial teams with basic technical needs
• Maintain uptime and reliability of all equipment

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with trial consultants, attorneys, and internal teams
• Follow setup plans, timelines, and site requirements
• Communicate status updates and escalate issues when needed

• Hands-on experience with AV equipment setup (monitors, TVs, cables, etc.)
• Familiarity with courtroom or corporate presentation environments preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to trial sites
• Availability for early setup, long days, and flexible schedules during trial
