- Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Manage computer hardware components, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Configure and maintain computer networks, including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and network security measures such as Meraki appliances
- Assist with the deployment and management of operating systems using tools like SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and GPO (Group Policy Objects)
- Support Active Directory administration for user account management and access control
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components including Windows Server environments, BMC Remedy tickets, and network devices such as switches and routers
- Conduct analysis of system logs to identify issues proactively and recommend improvements for system performance
- Collaborate with network administration teams to ensure optimal LAN performance and security standards are maintained

Requirements
- Proven experience providing IT support in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service excellence
- Hands-on knowledge of troubleshooting software issues related to Microsoft Office applications and operating systems such as Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux distributions
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, VPN setup, firewall configuration, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- Experience managing computer hardware components and performing desktop support tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with IT management tools like SCCM for software deployment; GPO for policy enforcement; ServiceNow or Jira for ticketing; BMC Remedy for incident tracking
- Understanding of Active Directory user management and Windows Server administration skills are highly desirable
- Strong analysis skills to diagnose complex technical problems quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
