Job description
Senior Salesforce Consultant/BSA responsible for end-to-end solution design and business analysis across the Salesforce ecosystem. Works closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade CRM solutions., * Lead solution design across Sales, Service, Experience, Health & Data Cloud
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specs
- Conduct workshops, design discussions, and stakeholder meetings
- Create documentation (user stories, EPICS, BRD, gap analysis)
- Support build, testing, and deployment phases
- Act as liaison between business, IT, and offshore teams

Requirements
- 8+ years IT, 5+ years Salesforce
- 4-5 end-to-end Salesforce implementations
- Experience in enterprise-scale environments
- Healthcare Payer domain (preferred)
Skills:
- Salesforce configuration & platform expertise
- JIRA/Confluence, requirements & backlog management
- Strong stakeholder communication
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications
- Apex / Visualforce knowledge
- Experience with custom apps / optimization
