Salesforce Developer

Seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning, Service Cloud, and integrations to support CRM solutions for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team. The role involves end-to-end Salesforce development, release management, integrations, and technical solution design in a fast-paced enterprise environment., * Develop and enhance Salesforce CRM solutions supporting crisis call workflows

• Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows
• Gather technical requirements and collaborate with business, architects, and development teams
• Manage release cycles, CI/CD deployments, and code migration using SFDX and Azure DevOps
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth authentication
• Support data migrations, AppExchange integrations, and system enhancements
• Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, HTML5, and JavaScript
• Experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and API integrations
• Experience with SFDX, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and release management
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications required, * Experience with Conga and Drawloop
