Platform Architect- ServiceNow

Architect, design, and govern ServiceNow ITSM solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise standards. Design and implement AI Agents on the ServiceNow platform beyond standard Now Assist, including autonomous workflows, contextual reasoning, orchestration, and escalation logic. Develop and optimize advanced ServiceNow components such as Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Workflows, and ACLs. Lead integration of ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST APIs, MID Server, and event-driven architectures. Ensure strong platform performance, security, data integrity, and governance across CMDB and ITSM processes. Manage platform upgrades, releases, and best practices while providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field. 8-10 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments. Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM architecture with strong experience building AI Agents beyond standard Now Assist capabilities. Advanced ServiceNow development and integration experience, including REST APIs, MID Server, CMDB, platform governance, and release management.
