Senior Product Owner & IT Portfolio Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner and Portfolio Manager to lead the full lifecycle management of IT products and enterprise applications. This IT portfolio manager / agile product owner role partners directly with executive leadership, business SMEs, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to deliver technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of IT products and applications across all lifecycle stages, ensuring delivery quality, budget adherence, and strategic alignment
• Own and maintain product backlogs and roadmaps, driving prioritization in collaboration with business stakeholders and Executive Technology Officers
• Lead cross-functional fusion teams spanning IT, business units, and third-party vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and user story development; present outputs to senior leadership
• Oversee product IT financials - budget planning, monitoring, and executive reporting on status, risks, and roadmap progress
• Define and track performance metrics; ensure products comply with state, federal, and IT governance requirements
• Manage vendor relationships and SLA adherence; resolve interoperability issues and oversee service provider performance
