Data Scientist - AI Trainer

• Design realistic, end-to-end data workflows that challenge today's best models.
• Grade agent performance on complex scenarios in analytics and business intelligence.
• Build scenarios involving SQL analysis, dashboard builds, and A/B test design.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines, dbt models, and data quality monitoring.
• Work on warehouse schema design and Airflow/Dagster DAGs.
• Collaborate asynchronously and work independently with a focus on long sessions.

• 3+ years as an analytics engineer, BI analyst, data scientist, or data engineer.
• Working fluency in at least two of: advanced SQL, dbt, warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), experimentation (A/B tests), pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Dagster), metric modeling, Python for analysis.
• Comfortable with data artifacts: SQL queries, dbt models, experiment readouts, dashboard specs, schema diagrams.
• Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and data decisions step by step.
• Drawn to long-horizon, challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks.
