Job description
- Design, build, and maintain Citrix solutions across an enterprise-scale environment.
- Contribute to the development of a 3-5 year technology roadmap for Citrix infrastructure.
- Lead automation initiatives, including integrating ServiceNow with Citrix for automated VDI provisioning and SSL certificate management.
- Build and optimize VDI images for general use and specialized high-performance team requirements.
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot the Citrix stack (Studio, Director, StoreFront, NetScaler) to ensure maximum uptime and seamless user experience.
- Interface with business stakeholders and executives to provide updates, project milestones, and technical recommendations in non-technical terms.
- Manage and optimize connectivity between ChromeOS thin-client devices and Citrix DaaS for remote and contact center agents.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Engineer IV to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing enterprise-scale Citrix environments, contributing to long-term architectural roadmaps, and driving automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model., * 5+ years of dedicated Citrix Engineering experience in a large-scale environment (e.g., 5000 seats or major healthcare/aviation/finance sectors).
- Deep expertise in Citrix DaaS, Studio, Director, StoreFront, Workspace, and NetScaler/ADC configurations.
- Advanced proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, and Routers as they relate to VDI delivery.
- Functional knowledge of VMware administration and SAN concepts.
- Experience managing thin clients like Igel, Dell, or HP within a Citrix environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences., * Experience using ServiceNow for request fulfillment.
- Familiarity with SCCM, Workspace ONE, or SysTrack.
- Experience with certificate management processes (Venafi preferred).
- Previous experience in a lead role or as a primary architect for large-scale enterprises.

Pay Range: $65- $73
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
