DV Cleared Database Administrator

• Provide hands-on database administration across secure, business-critical systems.
• Work extensively with SQL and Oracle databases in a high-assurance environment.
• Support and contribute to Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch/ELK) search, logging and analytics platforms.
• Lead and support data migration activities, including moving Legacy databases to the latest SQL versions.
• Contribute to database development activities alongside administration duties.
• Support wider technical projects beyond core DBA tasks as required.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on-site, adapting to evolving project and operational needs.
• Ensure all work complies with strict security, governance and DV clearance requirements.

As a successful DV Cleared Database Administrator, you will have:

• Active DV Clearance (this is mandatory).
• Strong, hands-on experience as a Database Administrator in secure environments.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with Elastic Stack/Elasticsearch (ELK).
• Proven experience delivering data migrations, including upgrading Legacy SQL platforms.
• A background that blends administration and development rather than pure BAU DBA work.
• A flexible, adaptable mindset with the ability to support wider technical projects.
• Willingness to work on-site in Northern Ireland.
