Job description
- Deliver robust Authentication & Authorisation, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Governance & Administration solutions to support the organisation's identity strategy.
- Implement and configure identity security technologies across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Maintain and optimise IAM platforms, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and architecture teams to align IAM capabilities with business needs.
- Develop documentation, runbooks, and best-practice guidance to support identity lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related escalations and security issues in a timely manner.
- Support the uplift of privileged access controls and governance standards.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to implement, maintain, and optimise core identity capabilities across the organisation., * Demonstrable experience working as an IAM Engineer in enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with AAA, PAM, and IGA technologies (eg, CyberArk, SailPoint, Azure AD, Okta, or similar).
- Solid understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Kerberos, MFA).
- Experience implementing privileged access solutions and enforcing least-privilege models.
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle processes, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid teams and deliver high-quality outcomes under project timelines.
