Job description
As a Senior Test Automation Lead , you will make an impact by driving test automation strategy, mentoring teams, and enabling quality engineering excellence across the organization. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with engineering, architecture, and cross functional stakeholders to strengthen automation maturity at scale., * Lead and mentor teams across the organization, guiding overall test automation strategy and best practices.

Create test strategies for multiple teams and support the QE organization in implementing scalable testing solutions.

Drive BDD/ATDD adoption and champion "shift left" quality engineering practices.

Build and enhance automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium, and Cucumber.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 10+ years of experience, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience.

Expert level understanding of system design, object oriented concepts, databases, and web technologies (HTML, browsers, JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX).

Expert automation experience using Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber.

Required experience with BDD/ATDD methodologies.

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to operate across multiple work streams., * Ability to understand and solve complex technical problems and communicate solutions to technical and non technical audiences.

Experience developing key QE metrics and reporting to stakeholders across multiple teams or platforms.

Experience managing bug triage processes, prioritizing defects, and assessing severity across large systems.

Demonstrated ability to volunteer expertise across teams and guide strategic organization wide quality initiatives.

Experience planning and executing large scale integration testing across multiple platforms.
