Job description
Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Appian Developer job responsibilities include: Design, develop, and implement complex Appian BPM applications, components, and interfaces at an L3 proficiency level. Translate business requirements into scalable process models, workflows, and rule-based solutions within the Appian platform. Integrate Appian applications with external systems using Web APIs, plugins, and Core Java where needed. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Appian applications to ensure performance, reliability, and usability. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end BPM solutions. Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline. 8-10 years of experience in application development, including strong hands-on expertise with Appian BPM at an L3 level. Proven ability to design, develop, and enhance complex Appian applications with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid experience integrating Appian solutions with external systems using Web APIs, plugins, and Core Java for advanced customization.
