The SailPoint IIQ Development Lead / Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in SailPoint IIQ development, identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, certifications, and integrations. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader, translating business requirements into scalable IAM solutions while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery across identity management initiatives., 1. Solution Design
- Design and define scalable identity management architectures using SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards
- Development & Implementation
- Lead hands-on development and customization of SailPoint IIQ solutions
- Design and implement connectors and integrations with enterprise applications and systems
- Implement user lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, joiner/mover/leaver (JML) workflows
- Configure and manage certification campaigns, access reviews, and aggregation processes
- Technical Leadership

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams

Develop and customize workflows, rules, policies, and plugins within SailPoint IIQ

Possess strong expertise in:

Workflow customization

Rule development (provisioning, certification, aggregation)

Application onboarding and lifecycle automation
- Project Management & Delivery
- Own delivery of IAM initiatives including timelines, scope, and quality
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, application teams) to ensure successful execution
- Contribute to design reviews, technical documentation, and solution walkthroughs
- Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ implementations
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance of identity governance platforms
- Perform root cause analysis and preventive improvements
Requirements

6-10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise IGA solutions
