Job description

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and is looking to welcome a new Chassis Control Engineer to join our Automotive team.

As a Chassis Control Engineer at B.E.S., you will work in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment, contributing to cutting-edge automotive R&D projects.

Context:

Join an exciting project within a major international automotive player, focusing on chassis control systems and vehicle dynamics. You will be part of an expert engineering team, contributing to the development and integration of advanced ECU systems in a highly technical and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate automotive systems and ECU functionalities within chassis control domain
  • Work on vehicle dynamics-related topics and system integration
  • Use diagnostic and calibration tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, and CANdela
  • Define and maintain hardware, software, mechanical, and electrical specifications
  • Contribute to vehicle electronics and software architecture design
  • Support cabling design and wire harness development
  • Participate in 3D CAD modeling and drawing creation using CATIA (basic level required)
  • Create and manage requirements using tools such as DOORS or PTC Integrity (ReqIF)
  • (Optional) Develop and review models and specifications using MATLAB/Simulink

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive system and ECU development
  • Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics
  • Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostic tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, CANdela)
  • In-depth knowledge of UDS protocol
  • Good understanding of vehicle electronics and software architecture
  • Familiarity with CATIA and cabling design
  • Experience with requirement management tools (DOORS/PTC)
  • Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink is an asset
  • Proactive, structured, and able to work in an international environment
