Data Management Officer

1. Lead and manage People Advisory Services projects, overseeing teams to ensure successful delivery;
2. Provide clients with actionable recommendations and best practices to enhance business and HR processes;
3. Contribute to project reviews, identifying lessons learned to improve future quality and commercial planning.

• Commercial Management:

1. Engage in business development activities, from identifying leads to preparing and presenting pitches and proposals;
2. Contribute to the development of KPMG's service offerings.

• People Management:

1. Act as a performance manager, guiding, developing, and motivating team members to help them reach their full potential;
2. Lead by example, ensuring adherence to KPMG's quality standards;
3. Bring experience in managing small teams (1-5 people).

• A Master's degree or equivalent with excellent results; a specialization in HR Management is an asset;
• At least six years of experience in an advisory and/or management role, preferably within a consulting environment;
• Strong, proven experience in one or more of the following domains: Strategic Workforce Planning; Skills Management, HR Transformation, HR process optimization, or Workday HCM;
• A strong interest in working with HR data and a data-driven approach to HR challenges;
• A commercial, client-oriented mindset combined with a hands-on approach;
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities;
• The ability to manage client engagements end-to-end while simultaneously leading a team to ensure successful delivery;
• A key role in driving and developing the team's business development activities, supporting growth and expansion of service offerings;
• Willingness to contribute to internal organization-building initiatives to elevate team's skills and knowledge;
• A digitally minded outlook;
• Strong networking skills and proven project experience, preferably with large corporate and/or public sector clients;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Confidence in navigating AI-related topics, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies;
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
