Amaris Consulting is looking for a .NET Technical Lead to join our team in Brussels and take ownership of key software development projects. You'll play a pivotal role in leading development teams, shaping technical solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable applications for our clients. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of .NET based solutions. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and best practices to ensure code quality and team performance. Oversee and participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem. Lead DevOps initiatives on the project, with key responsibilities around cloud infrastructure management (e.g., Ensure adherence to DevOps and Agile practices across development cycles. You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. You have 7+ years of experience in

Requirements

software development, including 2+ years in a leadership role or coaching role. NET Core, C#, and related frameworks (ASP.NET, Blazor). Solid knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development of RESTful APIs. Proven experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker, and familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus. Comfortable working in Agile environments, with experience leading technical ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
