You'll lead the design and deployment of AI-driven solutions, working closely with clients across the national security space while helping to scale both capability and business impact., * Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions

• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions
• Take ownership of project delivery from concept through to deployment
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers within the team
• Contribute to overall product and company strategy

• Strong experience in AI/ML engineering, with a solid software engineering foundation
• Proven ability to operate in client-facing environments and manage stakeholder relationships
• Commercial awareness with the ability to spot and shape business opportunities
• Experience leading projects or teams in complex, high-stakes environments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up setting

• Salary: £65,000 - £100,000 + package + Bonus
